here are various reasons for this, however let's rule out the obvious that the card has no funds or is locked. A few things can deny you imemdiately; 1) Billing address provided does not match, 2) Your expiry or CVV (three digits on the back) are incorrect, 3) You entered the beginning of the card valid numbers not the end of the valid (Mastercards), 4) the card type is not accepted which must be a regular Visa or Mastercard, 5) Card was blocked for security reasons by the credit card company (this is common).

If you find that you have enough funds and your card works with everything else, there must be a reason the card is not passing. This is easy to check, simply call the credit card company and ask why. They see everything that goes on with your card and for that reason are the best people to ask. Infact, they may have blocked the transaction (however small) because they see a transaction outside of your normal routine. These are security protocols, and simply asking them to allow it and to try the transaction again will make it work.

The alternate payment method is Paypal, and Paypal can be used without an account and they accept a few more type of cards and payment options. It is also a secure connection but it takes you to the Paypal pages to make the transaction. When it returns it will show you the resulting links.

Question: I have just downloaded your free karaoke player. I click the Song Manager button to access songs to buy. I put in my credit card info and choose a song. I get an error message that says "Processing error" with an OK button below. When I click on the OK button the error message closes but nothing else happens. I've tried this with ZoneAlarm on and off and get the same result. I looked around the forum for the same problem but could not find anyone talking about the free player and its Song Manager. Please help. Thanks.

Answer: This is not your computer security matter. This means the Credit Card was a) not accepted, b) you did not use a Visa or Mastercard, c) was missing information, or d) simply your credit card does not allow international online orders (we are in Canada). For a) verify that funds are available. For b) please use a Visa or Mastercard only. For c) verify all information was entered accuratly including the CVV (or 3 digit code on the back). For d) Call your credit card company and ask if international orders online are available *the credit card companies have become really safety conscious with online orders so give them a ring.

We give every person who purchases 2 (two) days to download the songs. It is a fact that you only need 10 minutes to download on average, but we give you the flexibility to purchase and download up to 2 (two) days - we ask that you download right away to avoid the chance that you miss the window. The first error you may see if you wait longer than 2 (two) days is the "Time has expired" warning, please avoid this by downloading immediately after purchase.

This error means the tracking in the link is either not present, was typed in manually, or your email program is making a mess of the ordinary link which results in the error. Simply copy and paste the link in it's entirety, or copy and paste its parts to the browser address field and click Go (or press enter) when you complete the entire link. If your email program is causing you a pain, then you can of course avoid this all together and download directly from the links page you are provided when the order completes (if you use Paypal, be very sure to return back to the TriceraSoft page).

This again means that the link was changed or not provided as noted above. Copy and Paste the links in their entirety into the address bar of the browser.
